 Payments & Billing
All payments must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement. We reserve the right to cancel or withhold services if payment is not received in a timely manner.

No Refunds or Exchanges
Please note: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the nature of our services and digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits. Once a service is booked or a digital product is purchased, it is considered non-refundable.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to communicate clearly, provide necessary materials on time, and uphold agreed-upon timelines. Delays in response or required content may affect the project timeline and delivery.

 Cancellations & Rescheduling
If a scheduled service (such as a consultation or strategy session) needs to be rescheduled, at least 24 hours' notice must be given. We do not guarantee rescheduling options for no-shows or late cancellations.

Limitation of Liability
Rich Girl Connect is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, our services or digital products. We do our best to deliver in excellence and faith, but ultimate results may vary based on client execution and external factors.

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any client who violates these terms, communicates disrespectfully, or engages in unethical behavior.

Updates to Terms
Rich Girl Connect may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to those changes.
